  1. In a bowl, combine 1 tbsp melted butter with Cajun All-Purpose seasoning, Garlic Pepper Fusion seasoning, soy sauce, and maple syrup.

  2. Add mushrooms to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Allow them to marinate for 10 minutes.

  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the remaining 1 tbsp of butter. Add whole garlic cloves and rosemary to the pan.

  4. Place the mushrooms in the skillet and sear them on both sides. Apply gentle pressure to ensure even cooking and caramelization.

  5. Serve the mushrooms with your choice of accompaniments. Just before serving, sprinkle with a pinch of black pepper and salt for an extra burst of flavor.
